My Whirlwind Tour of New Jersey – In Pictures! Part 1

I just finished up an amazing few days in New Jersey! I visited some great schools, met some awesome readers, dined with friends, and participated in a wonderful donation. I’m so excited to share photos of my tour with you!

Stop 1: Book Club Meeting

You may remember that I was recently interviewed by the amazing Rambunctious Readers Book Club. Well, on my trip to New Jersey, I got to meet them and participate in their book club meeting. What a wonderful, lovely group of very mature girls. They totally impressed me! Stop 2: Dinner with Friends

After my fun time with the Rambunctious Readers, I was able to meet up with some friends for dinner at Blue Moon Mexican Cafe in Wyckoff. The evening was filled with wonderful food and even better conversation!  There is nothing better than good friends, and I have been friends with this gang of gal pals since elementary school!

Stop 3: First School Visit

I was so excited to have the chance to visit Brookside Elementary School in Westwood, New Jersey. First, I spoke at an assembly for the 3rd, 4th and 5th grade, and then I met with smaller groups of 3rd, 4th, and 5th graders.
